1 Acceptance of Terms

Creating, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently suspended and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. 3 Account Rules

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

w345 currently accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and w345 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits must originate from a payment account that is held in your own name. w345 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. w345 targets withdrawal processing within standard business timelines, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any required KYC verification. w345 reserves the right to request identity documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

w345 is committed to preventing money laundering and operates in compliance with the anti-money laundering obligations of our international gaming license. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger an internal investigation, during which the relevant account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily frozen pending review. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on w345 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, crash game bonuses, and any other promotional credit — are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, placing bets on both outcomes of the same event using bonus and real funds across accounts, or exploiting any technical error to obtain promotional credit. Where w345 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all associated bonuses and derived winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotion Validity

w345 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions tied to specific events — such as PSL seasons — are valid only for the stated duration and cannot be claimed after the expiry date.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on w345 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, Monster Dice, or the sports betting sportsbook — are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, disconnection, or software error — w345 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. w345 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

For sports betting markets: w345 follows standard industry rules governing void bets, postponed events, and abandoned matches. Cricket matches abandoned due to weather, PSL fixtures rescheduled for any reason, and other similar events are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook at the time of betting. Players are advised to review event-specific rules before placing bets on live markets.

w345 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict betting markets, or decline wagers at its sole discretion, particularly in circumstances where the integrity of an event is in question or where unusually large bets fall outside normal player behaviour patterns.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on w345 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with w345 games or the sportsbook in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors on the w345 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of casino games, particularly poker or live dealer tables.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events where the player has inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits made to w345, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud during the registration or KYC process.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the w345 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any unauthorised use of w345 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

The w345 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w345 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

w345 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, server outages, errors in game results subsequently corrected, or your reliance on any information published on the w345 website.

w345's total liability to you in relation to your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, after deducting any withdrawals made in the same period.

11 Termination & Suspension

w345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, chargebacks, abusive conduct, prolonged inactivity, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.

Upon account termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their w345 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not entitle a player to any refund of deposited funds that have already been wagered.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license under which w345 operates.
